Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind every bait we pour. Because our products are consumable fishing tackle, please read this policy before ordering.

Used products - no returns

Once a product has been opened or used - fished, rigged, or removed from its original packaging - it cannot be returned or refunded, for quality and hygiene reasons.

Unopened returns

Changed your mind? You may return products unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email orders@resurgentoutdoors.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email orders@resurgentoutdoors.com with your order number and reason before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item (or approving a damage or defect claim). Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items.
